Please note our cancellation policy for lessons is currently 48 hours, if you cancel your lesson within this period you will not get a refund of any kind, the same thing applies if you wish to edit a lesson within 48 hours of your lesson taking place.

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.
Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Higher Farm Equine Ltd is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
